In the United States Gushers has a very established and well known brand. It was quite difficult to adjust their story to something that is more fitting for the new market.Our adventure story with Zhang Fei plays into a common story of the Three Kingdoms in China and also looks similar to their character. The character will look recognizable to our target market in China. Creating a character makes our product more appealing and desirable to the consumer rather than the original packaging of yellow. Having a captivating brand story will ultimately maximize the business’s visibility, profit, and impact.
A pirate is off on an adventure to find delicious treasure where x marks the spot. His journey is not a smooth one, he battles rough terrains and evil creatures trying to stop him. After a long trip, he successfully finds the tasty treasure, and inside are many vibrant and priceless juicy gems. After biting into a juicy gem, he thought the adventure was worth the hardship. The experience of eating the snack is now connected to an adventure and reward for going through the journey.
